Park City for UEA

This week Eric had UEA, so, since we had a little vacation time, we spent a night in Park City! It was my first time in Park City, so I was excited to go. We got to Park City around 6pm and checked into our hotel. We looked up theaters and picked a movie. We went to one of my very favorite places to eat, which happens to be Panda Express. I can't help it, I have a thing for fake Chinese food. Eric doesn't love Chinese, so it was nice of him to take me. After dinner we went to see The Help at a nearby theater. It's a great movie! If you haven't seen it yet, we recommend it.

In the morning we went to the outlet malls and spent the day shopping! Another one of my favorite things. :)

These boots are my favorite purchase. Here is Eric, after our day of shopping:

We also stopped at the Utah Olympic Park, where some of the 2002 Winter Olympics events took place. It was a spur of the moment stop, but we were glad we did.

Eric went skiing...

Each of us got a picture with the practice jumps

We had a great little getaway together, and we look forward to many more in the future.
